Stabilised Wood

Wood Stabilization is a series of processes which uses pressure and/or vacuum to impregnate wood cellular structure with certain monomers, acrylics, phenolics or other resins to improve dimensional stability and/or material properties.

It is moisture resistant, durable and much less prone to warping, chips or cracking. This makes it the ideal material as it's hard wearing yet tactile and visually unique.

Chemicals used in the resins during the stabilisation process are what produce the amazing colours.

Wood is a natural product so every piece is different and will vary from the pictures below.

More colour options / choices are available!!
