Placing an Order:
Please email or Facebook message me to discuss your knife or bow string requirements.
Almost all of my knives and bow strings are made to order unless shown in the “Available Knives” page.
We reserve the right not to fulfil all or part of an order that is received. This is to cover any mistakes that have been made, due to stock levels or incorrect pricing.
When goods are ordered from an item showing “Custom Order” , “Special Order” or “Not in stock”. You the buyer, shall be notified regarding the expected delivery date of the goods. You will be given the option to either wait until the goods are available again or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
If a product is ordered into specifically for a customer, or a custom knife order is made then a 30% non-refundable deposit will be taken. If the customer decides not to proceed with the order, then their full deposit and any other additional payments they have made shall be lost.
Items will only be posted once full payment has been received.
Please note that all Taxes, Duties, local VAT charges etc that are due on delivery of an order are the responsibility of the purchaser. These will not be paid by Branco Customs. This now includes all orders to the UK.
Knives are age restricted products:
- Any age restricted product will be clearly described as such on the product page for that item.
- By ordering a product where an age restriction warning is displayed, you are confirming that you are over the required age to make that purchase.
- Please be aware that we will carry out verification checks on all Knife and Blade purchases. You may be ask to provide proof of age identification.
- If we are unable to get a positive ID match we may contact you for further information.
Shipping Times:
“Available Knives” orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 working days.
Custom made bow strings will be made and posted within 1 week of receiving the order. Shipping times will vary depending on location and service selected.
Build and delivery times for a custom made knife will be discussed at the time of ordering. .
Please contact us if you urgently require your order.

Prices & Payment:
We accept Bank Transfer and can accept most major currencies into a Revolut account.
We also accept credit cards and payments made via PayPal.
To order a custom made knife we will require a 30% non refundable deposit.
Any outstanding balance is due before the product is shipped.
Payments can be made in instalments with prior arrangement.
Our prices do not include Taxes, Duties or Local VAT (VAT unless stated on the product) rates due on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
- The seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time.
- The seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time and shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any of these goods or for refusing to process an order.
Privacy:
Your personal data is collected only when placing an order with us or when you freely give your details to us.
So for example if you place an order over the phone or On-Line via our website, or via our eBay store. If you contact us via Facebook / Twitter or sign up for any Newsletter, social media updates, we will retain your details and any correspondence you send.
If you place an order with us the information that we need to store is :
Name, Invoice address, Delivery address, Telephone Number or Numbers and Email address.
We do keep records of your previous order’s and personal preferences when you place an order with us.
If you contact us via Email or Facebook / Twitter we do keep your email address and details of the correspondence.
We do not redistribute, sell or rent your personal details to any third party.
Please be aware that in order to have any order’s delivered, we do have to share some of your details with our Courier operators.
We may have to provide or share information with legal bodies when requested. For example, the Police force or a regulatory body.
If we suspect a transaction to be fraudulent we may have to share details with a third party in order to investigate.
We do not store any card payment information. All of our payment processing is done by a third party.
We use only PayPal.
Under the new GDPR regulations you can contact us at any time and request to know what information we hold on you.
You can request that we remove any personal data we hold about you. We will of course oblige however it may not always be legally possible to remove all records. As we are legally obliged to keep financial records for a minimum of 6 years.
Returns:
If we have made an error with an item in your order and you would like to return it to us, then please contact us via email at brancocustoms@gmail.com to discuss it first.
We will try our best to rectify the issue and make sure you are happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased and want to return it for an exchange or refund, again please contact us before posting anything back to us.
Returning an item without prior consent of Branco Customs could result in a delay of the returns process.
Please keep in mind that if you have made an error on your order and wish to exchange an item. Then you will be responsible not only to pay for the return postage costs but to also cover any postage charges we will incur for sending a replacement / correct item.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (Distance Selling Regulations – 2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered.
Some products are exempt, and cannot be returned after processing of your order has begun.
Examples include goods made to your specifications or modified from the manufacturers original specifications by your request.
These include, but are not limited to custom made bowstrings, custom made slingshots and custom made knives.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability. Branco Customs will refund you within 14 days the value of the original order – excluding any postage.
* Please note that return postage will only be refunded in the event of an error made by Branco Customs or in the event of an item becomes faulty or fails within the first 30 days of purchase.
** A returned item must be unused, in new condition and in the original packing that you received it in.
All accessories, parts, screws, warranty cards, manuals etc must be included.
Branco Customs can refuse the return / refund if items are not in the original packaging and/ or missing parts / showing signs of wear.
*** If we have agreed to issue you a full refund, please be aware that the refund amount will go off what you originally paid and not the current product value.
**** Our acceptance of a returns package from any courier / delivery person does not constitute a returns approval. Approval of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of Branco Customs.
The Next Steps:
After a return has been agreed then please send the item back packaged appropriately and enclosing a note stating:
The reason for return
A copy of the sales receipt,
Your full name, address, and a telephone number that we can contact you.
*** If we have agreed to pay the return postage, you must return the item using the same delivery method as you received it. If you send back items using a more expensive service, we will not refund the additional costs.
Warranties:
Unfortunately sometimes things break.
In the event a product you have purchased from us becoming faulty or failing, please contact us directly.
We will do our best to help rectify the situation in a timely manner.
Please be aware that you will be liable for all shipping / import duties and taxes occurred during the warranty return process.
